Safety in the network
Your safety and the safety of the people around you, be prudent in areas with electrical networks.
For your safety and for the safety of the people around you and in order to securely benefit from our services, we strongly advise you:
- Not to perform construction works in the safety area of the electrical distribution networks, without the site permit of the distribution operator;
- Not to dig and organise plantations in the safety area of the electrical distribution networks, without the site permit of the distribution operator;
- Not to store materials on the passage and in the protection and safety areas of the installations without the consent of the distribution operator;
- Not to throw any kind of objects on the distribution networks or not to intervene in any way in them;
- Not to deteriorate the constructions, the fences or identification and warning inscriptions corresponding to the electrical distribution network;
- Not to limit or enclose the access of the distribution operator to installations through constructions or in any other way.
- Not to intervene in and not to force the entry in the electrical installations of E.ON Moldova Distribuţie.
- Not to touch the poles, the wires, even if they fell to the ground.
- Not to touch the electrical switchboards, the electrical boxes or the distribution cabins.
- To communicate to 929 any case in which any switchboard, any post of transformer or any electrical box is unlocked or whose locking system is damaged.
- Not to climb the poles sustaining overhead electrical lines. Electrocution risk.
- Not to use metallic objects (scaffolds, ladders, pipes, wires, etc.) near or under overhead electrical lines. Electrocution risk.
- Not to use fishing tools of carbon fibre under or near overhead electrical lines. Electrocution risk.
- Not to try to steal metallic elements from the installations. Electrocution risk.
- Before digging, get information from our operational and customer care centres about the existence of any overhead and/ underground electrical installations, by asking for a site permit.
- Not to store materials under overhead electrical lines. Electrocution risk.
- Not to build below/ near overhead electrical lines. Electrocution risk.
Remember that electrical installations for electricity distribution (overhead lines, underground cables, substations and posts of transformer) are risky for unauthorised people.
