Program development
Stages
The program involves the completion of 4-6 stages in various departments from the technical field, both at headquarters and in the regions and involvement in different multi-disciplinary projects. The stages route is predetermined to provide the opportunity to gain necessary knowledge for an engineer working in the energy business. However, the stages’ route of each participant are individually tailored and flexible.
Training
During the “A” Program – Engineers you will benefit from structured training and development actions which include various training courses: general abilities and professional competences.Job rotations and the training on the job gives you the chance to learn from experienced professionals and build a large network in various departments of the company.
Support
HR Development and Training Department will give continuous support and monitor your course in the company, facilitating relationships with mentors. In addition to the support received from the coordinator of the program, you will be sustained by an experienced employee from the department you will work in.
At the end of the program, our Human Resources Division will provide you support in identifying opportunities to continue your career in E.ON România.
