Everything about how one can benefit from the electricity distribution service
The electricity distribution service is carried out based on a contract drawn up within the Distribution Division, the Asset Management Department, Contract, Prices and Tariffs Management in the Distribution Network Unit.
Obtaining the distribution contract

Receipt and registration of the request
Submission with the Registry Office of E.ON Moldova Distribuţie of an application wherein one requests the distribution service providing. The application should comprise data related to the identification of the service client, of the consumption place, of the contact person as well as the volume of energy and power for the consumption place;
The registered application shall be send to the Asset Management Department — Contract, Prices and Tariffs Management in the Distribution Network Unit so that a solution is issued.

Analysis of the request and the set up of the conditions under the electricity distribution
service offer
The Contract Management Unit shall analyse the identification data, contact you and send you via e-mail/ fax a form – application comprising the list of documents that have to be submitted for all steps to be taken before contract conclusion.

Complete documentation and contract preparation
The application for the conclusion of the electricity distribution contract;
The technical connection permit for the consumption place (Attachment 3 to the electricity distribution contract drawn up by the Asset Management Department or the Network Operation Department–NOD);
Two original copies of the operation agreement concluded and signed by the regional representatives of NOD–M V/LV and/or NOD–HV–Substations and of the customer;
The documents mentioned under the application for the conclusion of the electricity distribution contract are as follows:
- Copy of the area property deed,
- Registration certificate/ Sole registration code with the trade registry office,
- Fiscal code, bank account (IBAN), name of the bank managing the payments of the operator,
- Copy of the electricity supply license, copy of the agreement between the customer and the supplier from which the validity of the supply service arises,
- Proof of the supply contract termination between the customer and the former supplier.
Letter from the former supplier comprising the way of solving financial aspects during the previous contractual relationship sent to the distribution operator and the former electricity supplier.

Sending the contract and its receipt by the customer
The distribution contract shall be signed by the E.ON Moldova Distribuţie representatives according to the signature guideline.
