Infrastructure rental
Information about the goals and conditions under which the E.ON Moldova Distribuţie infrastructure may be rented
Any natural or legal person may benefit from the E.ON Moldova Distribuţie infrastructure rental service for the following purposes:
- The installation of advertising boards, advertisements, banners,
- Telephone, TV cable networks, radio antennas, internet, data transmission,
- Rental of poles for the installation of radio antennas,
- Installation of LTc networks,
- Rental of Transformer/ Generation group
Moreover, transformers or generation groups may be rented as temporary solutions for electricity feeding.
Steps that need to be taken in order to benefit from these services:
Receiving and recording the order
The service client submits an application comprising the request of the type of service to be provided with the registry office of E.ON Moldova Distribuţie;
The application comprises clear data related to the nature of the requested service and information about what the client wants to install/ rent from the distribution network elements. Moreover, there shall be offered rough technical data during service providing;
The registered application shall be submitted for approval and solution finding to the Distribution Division and the Asset Management Department – Contract, Products and Prices Management in the Distribution Network unit, respectively.
Setting up the conditions under the requested service offer
The Contract Management Unit shall make a brief analysis of the requested service and shall submit to the beneficiary the Application for the conclusion of the service contract comprising identification data of the natural/ legal applicant as well as the list with specific documents that need to be attached. The beneficiary has to fill out the application. There shall be attached the conditions imposed under the requested service offer translated into the specified project draft (conditions comprised in the contract draft, tariffs, offers).
Receiving the complete documentation for the offer draw-up, compilation and transmission
- Filled out application (form);
- Site/ coexistence permit issued by the Regional Distribution Centre (for the installation of the LTc, TV cable, internet, data transmission networks);
- The technical coexistence study comprising the SR 831/2002 requirements;
- The legal and fiscal documentation for the operation of the legal/ natural persons;
- Minutes consisting in the inventory of the rented distribution network elements, as drawn-up by the Regional Network Operation Centre.
