Information about the ANRE authorised operators
As per the observance of the legislation and regulations in force, all economic operators carrying out designing activities and executing electrical installations connected to the National Power System have to hold an authorisation issued by the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE)*.
They are obliged to (sub)contract works corresponding to the authorised activities only with economic operators authorised by the competent authority for the respective works:
- Holders of licenses granted by the competent authority,
- Holders of authorisations granted by the competent authority,
- Economic operators in capacity of customers,
- Economic operators carrying out general entrepreneurship activities.

The list with the authorised economic operators comprises information related to the following: name of the company, contact data, type of authorisation* and the validity term of the authorisation.

- * The economic operators are authorised based on the ANRE Order no 24/2007, concerning the approval of the Guideline for the authorisation of the economic operators designing, executing, checking and operating the electrical installations in the power system.
