The invoices issued by the E.ON companies can now be paid at the agencies of Transilvania Bank
After BRD – Groupe Société Générale, ING and Creditcoop, Transilvania Bank becomes the fourth bank through which the invoices for natural gas, electricity and other services can be paid in cash.
Beginning with this year, the customers of E.ON Gaz România, E.ON Moldova Furnizare and E.ON Gaz Distribuţie can pay in cash the invoice representing the natural gas consumption, the electric energy consumption and the verification and technical revision services, at the agencies of Transilvania Bank.
“The implementation of this new payment channel derived from the strategy of E.ON gas and electricity supply and distribution companies to focus on the needs of the customers. Thus, we succeed in putting at their disposal a varied portfolio of payment methods for the natural gas and electricity invoices, alternatives to the payment through the cash offices of our companies. By choosing one of these simple and efficient payment alternatives, the customers can save the time allocated for the payment of these invoices. At the same time, we propose to continue the diversification of the payment channels”, stated Mr. Frank Hajdinjak, General Director of E.ON România.
At the moment, the customers of the E.ON companies in România have at their disposal a large array of payment methods for the gas and electricity invoices, through the payment solutions offered by BRD – Groupe Société Générale, ING, Transilvania Bank, Creditcoop, PayPoint and Payzone. To pay in cash through these payment channels, the invoice with bar code must be presented.
For the payment of the natural gas, electric energy and services invoices through these payment channels, no commissions apply to the customers of E.ON.
