How you become a customer
The steps one needs to take to be connected to the electricity distribution installations.
1. Obtaining the Site Permit
- Submission of the application and the required documents for the issuance of the Site Permit
- The issuance of the Site Permit by E.ON Moldova Distribuţie within 15 days after the submission of the application and complete documentation

2. Obtaining the Technical Connection Permit
- Submission of the application and the required documents for the issuance of the Technical Connection Permit
- The issuance of the Technical Connection Permit by E.ON Moldova Distribuţie within 30 days after the submission of the application and complete documentation

3. Carrying out the connection installation
- Submission of the connection application in view of setting up the way of executing the connection works
- Concluding the connection contract between E.ON Moldova Distribuţie and the customer
- Carrying out the connection installation
- Concluding the Operation Agreement with the Distribution operator, if necessary. The need of concluding the Operation Agreement is set forth by the Distribution Operator.
4. Conclusion of the electricity supply contract
- Submission of the application and the required documents for the conclusion of the supply contract, according to the supplier’s requirements
- Conclusion of the supply contract between E.ON Energie România and the customer within 10 days of the submission of the application and complete documentation

- Commissioning of the connection installation
- Electricity supply compliant with the contractual terms
