Economic operators authorised by ANRE for works in the electricity sector.
For the purpose of observing the laws and regulations in force, all economic operators carrying out activities for the design and execution of electrical installations connected to the National Power System have to hold an authorisation issued by the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE)*.
The following have the obligation of (sub)contracting works corresponding to the authorised activities only with economic operators authorised by the competent authority for the respective activities:
- Holders of licenses granted by the competent authority,
- Holders of certificates granted by the competent authority,
- Economic operators in capacity of customers,
- Economic operators carrying out general entrepreneurship activities.

| C2B | Executing overhead electrical lines or underground cables with a nominal voltage value of 0.4 kV ÷ 110 kV and posts of transformer with a superior nominal voltage value of 20 kV at most, |

- * The authorisation of the economic operators is performed base on the ANRE Order no 24/2007, related to the approval of the Guideline for the authorisation of economic operators designing, executing, checking and operating electrical installations in the power system.
