One of our main objectives is to closer to our customers by improving and facilitating communication. For this purpose, we created the Call Center service–the E.ON Tone that all our current, as well as potential customers can benefit from.
The service can be called for by dialling:

for calls in the Romtelecom network around the country, the tariff is local (inside the county);
0235 305 555
for call from any network, the tariff is the one charged by the operator via which the call is made.
From Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 21:00, our operators are available to promptly, efficiently and professionally, solving immediately following:
- sign-up or modifying the consumption convention
- modifying the personal data of your electricity supply contract
- apllying radio-TV tax exemption
- invoicing at request
- cancelling the electricity supply contract
- setting up the direct debit payment
In addition, you can find out all information regarding of:
- connection and site permits procurement
- the documents required for the draw-up / termination of the electricity supplying contract
- counselling in choosing the tariff
- alternatives for the payment of the electricity invoices
- content of the last bill—the electricity consumption, the billing period, the current or due amount to be paid, the due date, late payment interests
Moreover, in the Call Center, you can submit notifications and complaints of any kind, including those referring to the operation of meters.
