General information about the activity of E.ON Moldova Furnizare, the services it offers you.
Founded in April 2007, the main activity carried out by E.ON Moldova Furnizare is the electricity supply. We are the ones to make sure that the sales of electricity to all customers in the Moldova area – the Bacau, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava and Vaslui counties is a service of high quality and performance.
We are the only interface between the specific activities in the energy sector and the customer, with a constant orientation towards approaching household and industrial customers at national level.
With an energy volume of 3.086 GWh, delivered in 2007 to over 1.35 million customers, we built in E.ON Moldova Furnizare a solid company well represented in the field by over 300 employees.
At the level of the entire country, in March 2008, the electricity sales volume of E.ON Moldova Furnizare represented 11% of the regulated market and 2% of the competitive market.
Our services:
- The procurement of the electricity volumes contracted with customers, in order to cover the consumption demand;
- Electricity supply to customers, at the highest quality and safety level;
- Providing technical and economic solutions for energy efficiency and cost cutting;
- Regular and complete information to customers about the changes on the energy market or about other issues of interest for customers, via the most appropriate means of communication;
- Support and counselling in the Customer Care Centres, Call Center and cash desks;
- Ensuring the interface between the customer and the distribution operator;
- Providing negotiable contractual terms, in view of adopting a mutually advantageous solution and building a co-operation relation on long-term;
- Crediting customers by billing the electricity after its actual consumption and facilitating invoice payment via modern payment channels;
- Training provided to the customer responsible employees for the draw-up of the consumption forecast provided;
- Individual consultancy, upon request, according to specific needs, provided free-of-charge by the Sales Managers to industrial and business customers.
