Coverage of the warning signs
A danger for the public safety
E.ON Moldova Distribuţie draws the attention over the risks that may occur due to the coverage of the warning signs on elements of the electrical installations with different posters.
First of all, these security signs applied on the electrical installations (poles, connection boxes, posts of transformer) warn about the risks of the installations they are posted on. By covering them, the citizens are deprived of the right to be informed about the risks they face when directly or indirectly touching these installations.
Moreover, besides the warning signs, there are also written identification elements, like the type of the installation, the source wherefrom it is fed, the voltage value. Their coverage hardens the activity of the personnel carrying out works and may lead to serious accidents.
We kindly ask the institutions responsible for the observance of the rules related to election postings to take all legal measures provisioned under the law in order to end the posting on electrical installations and in order to remove the already placed posters.
Although in case of accidents, the responsibility falls on the people who ordered the placing of posters, E.ON Moldova Distribuţie draws the attention of the people involved in election campaigns over the fact that we have to observe the rights of the citizens in view or preventing the accidents that may occur.
