E.ON Gaz România and E.ON Moldova Furnizare have opened a common Customer Care Center for the gas and electricity customers from Roman

The customers of the E.ON Gaz România and E.ON Moldova Furnizare Companies from the municipality of Roman have now at their disposal a unique, modern location which complies with the E.ON Group standards, for accessing the natural gas and electricity supply services. It is here that our customers can solve an entire range of issues concerning the contractual, technical or billing aspects and to be informed about the services offered by the two Companies.

The new Customer Care Center is situated at the following address: No. 12 Alba-Iulia Street, and the working hours are Monday – Friday, between 09-17 hours.

“The customer orientation is a priority for the E.ON Companies and we might add that we also made a lot of changes in Romania. The or-ganisational changes performed so far enable us to concentrate on our customers’ needs. There is still plenty to do, so as all our services can reach the quality standards we wish. The opening of the Customer Care Center in Roman, together with the other five modernised centers from Moldova, represent the important steps taken by us, in order to provide services at the E.ON Group standards for Romania as well”, stated Mr. Frank Hajdinjak, General Manager of E.ON România.

By the opening of the new Customer Care Center from Roman, the mod-ernisation program of the common Customer Care Centers in Moldova con-tinues. This program started three years ago and is aimed at insuring a pro-fessional interface in the relationship with the natural gas and electricity customers.

The first common Customer Care Centers for electricity and natural gas were opened starting with the year 2006 at Bacău, Iaşi, Suceava, Piatra Neamţ and Oneşti. In the following period of time, a new Customer Care Center will be inaugurated at Botoşani.

E.ON will modernize in the future all the Customer Care Centers from Ro-mania, so as the energy consumers are quickly and efficiently served, in a cordial environment.

Moreover, we will further diversify our services and the communication methods with our customers based on their needs.
