E.ON Energie initiates a new project for the benefit of the electricity customers
In August, within E.ON Energie Romania, there is implemented a project for the metering and checking up of electricity metering groups in the field, for all E.ON Moldova Furnizare types of customers – household, industrial and business. The action shall be carried out in Bacau town and the surrounding communities, as well as in Iasi city.
“With this project we would like to support our customers in establishing in a precise manner the monthly average electricity consumptions, thus creating the premises for the future issuance of invoices for estimated consumption that are as close as possible to the actual consumption” stated the General Director of E.ON Moldova Furnizare, Cristian Secosan. Moreover, the project is meant for the assessment of the metering group status, in view of subsequently replacing the ones with a higher attrition degree.
This project shall determine the issuance of two or even three consecutive invoices for some customers, within an interval of only a month (the normal billing period is every two months) due to the fact that each customer has its own billing period.
We kindly ask our customers to allow the access of the company’s delegates to the metering groups and we assure them that this project’s results mean the increase in the quality of the services provided by EON to our customers.
We would like to mention that the E.ON Energie delegates can be identified based on their work identification cards, and in order to cast away all doubts concerning their identity, the customer can call the E.ON Call Center: 0234 939, to find out the lists comprising the E.ON representatives nominated to carry out actions in the field.
