From the energy acquisition process to the energy sales process, we think and act in a responsible manner according to the highest standards of professional ethics, promoting loyal competition on the worldwide markets.
Our priorities:
- Customer care—currently, we have 5 joint Customer Care Centres with the Gas Company, other regional Customer Care Centres and consultants for industrial customers
- Transparency of fair prices —it refers to captive customers and it considers the prices set forth by ANRE based on the Specific Methodology.
- Information rapidly delivered to customers and business partners about electricity labelling and legislation in the energy sector.
- Taking part in green certificate support schemes for investments in the renewable energy sector
